Phil Catlett
Phil Catlett, BBB of Western Michigan’s president/CEO, is retiring from his post after a tenure of more than 10 years. Before joining the BBB, he worked as a radio advertising sales executive, holding a variety of positions, including national sales manager and vice president. Under his leadership, the BBB in Western Michigan was able to become a trusted resource for the community.
In his time as president of the BBB, Catlett managed the organization through a number of challenges, including two office moves and changes in the national organization’s structure. He also spearheaded Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and oversaw the organization’s change in employee environment. While he will be missed, the Board of Directors has begun its search for a new leader.
